Our goal is to provide our patients with
the finest cosmetic service in a friendly and caring
environment. We are not a large, high volume practice. We
see only one patient at a time. Our focus is completely on
that patient, so we take the time to meet each patients'
personal needs.
We are dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the
quality of life for each of our patients through
state-of-the-art dental care. We use the most modern
computer software, equipment, and sterilization techniques
including intra-oral camera imaging so you can see instant
pictures of your teeth and digital x-rays.

| Your First Visit |

We approach dentistry comprehensively. During your first visit, we get to know you, and then perform a basic clinical examination which includes an oral cancer screening, periodontal evaluation, cavity examination, bite examination and appearance analysis if requested. Often we require a second appointment to gather additional diagnostic information in order to determine an ideal treatment for you, and in some cases, to give you choices.
It is vital that you know all of your treatment options and
the results which are to be expected. Only then can you make
an informed decision about the treatment you select.
And when you visit our office, you will not only receive the
best possible care, but an education as well ... We will show
you how to thoroughly care for your teeth and gums at home,
and how to make sure your nutrition is adequate to achieve
this goal.
Your health is both of our priorities. Together, we can
develop the ideal treatment plan to make your smile last a
lifetime.

| Dental Insurance, Fees & Billing |

Do you take insurance?
Our office participates with several dental insurance
programs, and we will process your forms at no charge. We
will accept assignment of benefits for the portion covered by
insurance and will help you make financial arrangements for
your personal balance. It is unusual for all of the charges
to be paid by insurance but our staff will strive to help you
obtain your maximum benefits by prompt and efficient
processing of your claims.
Before you come in, we will call your insurance and get a full
run down of benefits, so when you arrive we can explain how
you, your benefits, and our fees work together. We highly
recommend you familiarize yourself with all of your insurance
plans restrictions and benefits. We will make sure we provide
as much information as we can, but remember your plan is a
contract with you and your company.
How are your fees?
We are very reasonably and competitively priced. Before we
bill anything, we will provide a treatment plan with an
estimate of all fees, estimated insurance coverage, and
balances for you. Please call us with any other specific
questions.
How do you bill?
We bill the insurance first. If there is an amount left that
your insurance did not cover, we will bill you for the
difference. For basic and major services your copay is due at
the time of service. If you are a cash patient, we ask that
payment be received at the time of service. We accept VISA,
M/C, and DISCOVER, as well as personal checks and cash.
